Who this is for
A production partner, not a one-off print shop
When you are buying embroidery in volume, the stitch quality on one sample matters less than whether piece 400 matches piece 4. Embroidery Station LA handles bulk embroidery in Los Angeles for buyers who need the same logo, in the same position, at the same size, every time they order.
We work with marketing teams outfitting events and staff, operations and purchasing managers running uniform programs, apparel brands adding embroidered details to a line, and promotional distributors who need a dependable contract embroidery partner behind their own client relationships.
Our studio is in North Hollywood, which keeps pickups simple for buyers in the San Fernando Valley, Burbank, and Glendale. Finished orders also ship by UPS or FedEx anywhere in the U.S.

Before you request a quote
What we need to quote a large order accurately
Artwork
Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) give the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI also works. If you have an existing stitch file from another shop, send it and we’ll check whether it can be used.
Placement and size
Name each location — left chest, center back, sleeve, cap front — and an approximate width in inches. Left-chest logos commonly run 3–4 inches wide; cap fronts about 2.5–3.5 inches.
Garments
Tell us the style, color, and brand you want us to source, or confirm you are supplying blanks. Supplied garments should arrive clean and counted, with a few spares where possible.
Size breakdown and quantity
A size run (for example 24 S, 60 M, 60 L, 36 XL) lets us quote garments accurately and avoid shortfalls. Total quantity drives your per-piece price.
Thread colors
We match to Madeira and Isacord thread charts. Share Pantone references and we’ll get as close as the thread range allows.
Purchasing details
Note any PO number, tax-exempt or resale certificate, and billing contact up front so paperwork matches the order.
Proof approval
Every new design gets a digital proof showing stitch size, thread colors, and placement. Changes are easy at this stage. Once you approve in writing, the proof becomes the standard every piece is checked against.
For larger runs, ask about reviewing the first finished piece before the full order is completed.
Quantity pricing & turnaround
Pricing depends on stitch count, number of placements, garment choice, and quantity. Per-piece cost drops as volume rises, and digitizing is a one-time charge per design.
Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks, depending on how complex the digitizing and embroidery are. Rush orders carry an additional charge. Share your deadline at the start and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s achievable.
Repeat orders
Approved designs stay on file, so a reorder only needs garments, sizes, and quantities. That keeps reorders faster to quote and visually identical to the last run.
For ongoing uniform programs, we can keep your approved specs — placements, sizes, thread colors — together so any authorized buyer on your team can reorder correctly. Net-30 terms may be available for established accounts.

Bulk order FAQ
Questions purchasing teams ask
Is there a minimum order for bulk pricing?
There is no minimum order. Volume pricing begins to make a noticeable difference at around a dozen pieces and continues to improve with larger quantities. Send your expected quantity and we’ll quote price breaks that fit it.
Can you embroider garments we supply?
Yes. We embroider customer-supplied blanks for brands, distributors, and organizations. Contact us before sending so we can confirm the fabric and garment style work with our process. New items should arrive clean, counted, and ideally with a few spares.
How do you keep every piece consistent across a large run?
Each order runs from one digitized stitch file and one approved proof. Placement and size are recorded with the design, and the same file is reused on reorders, so later runs match earlier ones.
What does a bulk quote include?
Garments, if we source them; embroidery per piece for each placement; and any one-time digitizing or setup charge. Shipping, if needed, is quoted separately.
How long does a large order take?
Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks after proof approval and deposit, depending on how complex the digitizing and embroidery are. Rush orders carry an additional charge. Very large quantities, multiple placements, or garment back-orders can extend that. Tell us your in-hands date first so we can plan around it or flag concerns early.
Do you work with promotional products distributors?
Yes. Distributors can send their client’s artwork and blanks, receive embroidery pricing, and approve proofs before production. Let us know about any packaging or labeling requirements when you request the quote.
Will we pay digitizing again on a reorder?
No. Digitizing is a one-time charge per design. The file stays on record, and reorders of the same design carry no new digitizing fee. A new size or substantially changed artwork may need a new file.
What payment and account terms are available?
A deposit — typically 50% — starts production, with the balance due at pickup or before shipping. We accept major credit and debit cards, Zelle, cash, and business checks. Net-30 terms may be available for established corporate accounts; ask when you request your quote.
