Ordering Steps

Send Us Your Artwork or Logo

The first step is getting us your design. Email your logo or artwork directly to [email protected]. The better the file quality, the crisper the embroidery — so vector files are always preferred.

  • Best formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector — preferred for cleanest results)
  • Also accepted: High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or higher
  • No logo yet? We can help — our in-house digitizing service converts any image into an embroidery-ready file (digitizing starts at $60, one-time fee)
  • Have an old digitized file from another shop? Send it over — we'll check if it works
  • Include your preferred thread colors or Pantone numbers if you have them

Choose Your Garments or Items

Tell us what you need embroidered. We carry a wide range of quality blanks — or you can supply your own garments (BYOB: Bring Your Own Blanks). Let us know quantity, item type, colors, and sizes.

  • We carry: Hats, caps, beanies, polo shirts, button-downs, jackets, hoodies, aprons, bags, towels, and more
  • You supply: Bring your own garments and we'll embroider directly on them
  • Specify sizes and quantities per size (e.g. 10 S, 20 M, 15 L)
  • Tell us the embroidery placement: left chest, center back, sleeve, collar, hat front, etc.
  • Quantity matters — the more you order, the better the per-piece price

Receive Your Quote & Digital Proof

We'll send you a detailed quote and a digital embroidery proof showing exactly how your logo will look when stitched. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.

  • Digital proof shows thread colors, stitch direction, and approximate size
  • Request changes at this stage — adjustments are easy before we stitch anything
  • Pricing includes garment cost, embroidery, and any applicable setup/digitizing fees
  • Digitizing starts at $60 (one-time fee only) — reorders of the same design pay no digitizing charge

Confirm Your Order & Make Payment

Once you've approved the proof and are happy with the quote, confirm your order. We require a deposit to begin production. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.

  • A 50% deposit is typically required to begin production
  • Accepted: All major credit/debit cards, Zelle, cash, and business checks
  • Balance is due upon pickup — shipping is available at an additional cost if needed
  • Tax-exempt? Provide your resale certificate and we'll handle it
  • Net-30 terms available for established corporate accounts — ask us

  • Standard turnaround: 5–10 business days after proof approval (once digitizing is complete)

Accepted File Formats

We work with all major file types. Vector files always produce the sharpest results and are strongly preferred for logos with fine detail.

What is Digitizing?

Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a special stitch file that our embroidery machines read. It tells the machine exactly where each stitch goes, in which direction, and with which thread color.

Digitizing is a one-time setup fee. Once your design is digitized, we store the file permanently — so reorders never require digitizing again.

Pro Tips for Best Results

Thread Colors: We match to Madeira or Isacord thread color charts. If you have Pantone numbers, share them and we'll get as close as possible.

Sizing: Tell us the approximate size you want for the embroidery (in inches). Common left-chest logos are 3"–4" wide. Hat front logos are typically 2.5"–3.5" wide.

Fine Detail: Very thin lines and tiny text can be tricky in embroidery. Our team will advise you if any design elements need to be simplified for the best stitch quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

We embroider as few as 1 piece — no minimum order required. That said, pricing gets significantly more economical at 12+ pieces. Contact us for a custom quote based on your exact quantity and we'll make it work for your budget.
Digitizing is a one-time setup fee that varies based on the complexity and stitch count of your design. Simple logos may start around $25–$50. After the initial digitizing, all future reorders use the same file at no additional digitizing charge. We'll quote digitizing as part of your overall estimate.
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days after you approve the proof and we have your deposit. If your design is new and needs digitizing, add 1–2 business days. Rush orders are often available — just tell us your deadline and we'll do everything we can to hit it.
Absolutely. We embroider on garments you supply (BYOB — Bring Your Own Blanks). Just make sure items are clean and unwashed if they're new. We're not responsible for damage to client-supplied garments from normal embroidery processes, but our team takes every care to handle your items professionally.
Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of your order. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also pick up directly from our North Hollywood studio at 7361 Ethel Ave #27, North Hollywood, CA 91605.
We use Madeira and Isacord professional embroidery thread, which offer thousands of colors for precise brand matching. Share your Pantone numbers or color hex codes and we'll match as closely as possible. A digital proof will show you the thread colors before we begin.
We always send a digital proof before production and nothing moves forward without your written approval. If there's a production error on our end (meaning the finished item doesn't match the approved proof), we'll make it right. Contact us right away at [email protected] and we'll work it out.
Yes — this is a big part of what we do. We've worked with well-known LA restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups on everything from uniform polos and server aprons to embroidered napkins and hotel towels. Large corporate accounts are welcome — ask about volume pricing and net terms.
